Intro of case
Soo Delicious was designed to address a common challenge in fast-food e-commerce: many ordering platforms are difficult to navigate for customers and inefficient for shop owners to manage. The goal of this project was to create a clean, intuitive, and responsive interface that simplifies the ordering process while supporting efficient restaurant management.
By focusing on clarity, usability, and cross-device compatibility, the design ensures that customers can easily browse menus and place orders, while businesses can manage their services more effectively.

Work challenges
One of the main challenges in the Soo Delicious project was designing a platform that serves two different user groups effectively: customers and food service providers. Customers need a fast, simple, and visually clear ordering experience, while restaurant owners require efficient tools to manage menus, orders, and operations.
Another challenge was reducing complexity in fast-food e-commerce interfaces, which are often cluttered and difficult to navigate. The design needed to present menus, customization options, and ordering steps in a way that feels effortless on both mobile and desktop devices.
Balancing speed, clarity, and functionality while maintaining a clean and responsive UI was key to ensuring the platform remained intuitive for users and practical for businesses.
